Lease Terms
- Regular-Season / May 1 - November 30
Minimum Lease: 1 week
> 4 weeks lease: 10% discount
Loyalty Discount: 10% for returning guests
- Main-Season / December 1 - April 30
Minimum Lease : 2 months (Jan,Feb,Mar)
Minimum Lease : 2 weeks (Dec, Apr)
Welcome-Back ! Loyalty Discount: 10%
Payment Terms
- $500 refundable damage deposit (only for first time renters)
- 25% initial payment due within 7 days after contract signed
- 75% rest payment due 30 days prior to lease begin
Cancellation Terms
- 25% initial payment is not refundable
- 75% rest payment is not refundable.
- Special relaxed Covid19 cancellation rules might apply

Pet Policy
- Pets (cats, dogs) up to 20lbs welcome
- Pet fees / due upon arrival on check-in-day
- pet / cleaning fee $100 per stay / personal-check or cash
- $1000 refundable damage deposit / personal-check
- Pets are NOT allowed in the pool;
- If pet hair is detected in pool/filtration system an extra $100 pool cleaning fee applies
